Triptii Dimri has received an influx of film offers following the tremendous success of the Ranbir Kapoor-starring Animal. In 2024, the actress featured in several film releases, including the commercially successful Bhool Bhulaiyaa 3. Recently, it was announced that Triptii will be part of an upcoming project directed by Vishal Bhardwaj, where she will co-star with Shahid Kapoor. The production is set to commence in January 2025. In a recent interview, Triptii expressed her enthusiasm for collaborating with Shahid in the Vishal Bhardwaj film.

In a recent interview with Mid-Day, Triptii Dimri expressed that collaborating with Vishal Bhardwaj was a long-held aspiration of hers. The actress remarked, "I consider myself fortunate to have worked with directors who are interested in my thoughts and my approach to character portrayal. Vishal sir is very clear about having crafted the narrative, yet he is eager to understand how I envision bringing it to fruition. I identify as a director’s actor."

Triptii expressed her admiration for her co-star Shahid Kapoor, stating, "I have long been an admirer of his work. He possesses an exceptional command over his material. I am immensely grateful for this film, for this year, and for all the positive experiences that have come my way!" 

On December 18, Shahid officially announced the film featuring Triptii. He utilized his X account to disclose that production will commence on January 6, 2025, and also provided an update regarding the release date of the untitled film.

Every narrative has its moment, and this particular one commences now. Filming is set to begin on January 6, 2025, and audiences can expect to see it in theaters on December 5, 2025, as stated in Shahid's tweet.

In 2024, Triptii Dimri had three theatrical releases. She appeared in Bad Newz alongside Vicky Kaushal and Ammy Virk. Additionally, she participated in Vicky Vidya Ka Woh Wala Video with Rajkummar Rao. Dimri's most recent appearance was in Bhool Bhulaiyaa 3, where she starred with Kartik Aaryan, Vidya Balan, and Madhuri Dixit.
