A new promo of the culinary cooking show Top Cooku Dupe Cooku is out. In this week's episode, the cast of Raayan, actors Dushara Vijayan and Kalidas Jayaram, have come to grace the upcoming episode of the show. All the previous episodes of Top Cooku Dupe Cooku can be streamed on the SunNXT app and OTTplay Premium.

Raayan team in Top Cooku Dupe Cooku

Actors Dushara Vijayan and Kalidas Jayaram will be once again reuniting onscreen after playing leads in Natchathiram Nagargiradhu, with the upcoming Tamil film Raayan. The film is written and directed by actor Dhanush, who is also starring in the lead role. The episode will stream on SunNXT and OTTplay Premium on July 28.

With Dushara and Kalidas in the house, the team of Top Cooku Dupe Cooku shares a light moment when one of the comedians on the sets is made to mimic actor Suriya's voice. Kalidas Jayaram, who is also known for his mimicry talent, also joins in mimicking the actor. For those unversed about the show's format, Top Cooku Dupe Cooku pairs each cook with a comedian who does not know cooking but has to assist their cooks in creating dishes. The stars of the film are seen interacting with the contestants, and the judges of the show.

The makers of Raayan held the audio launch event recently. Those who could not watch it live, can stream it on the SunNXT app, and OTTplay Premium. AR Rahman and Dhanush performed on stage, and you can also watch the cast and crew of Raayan talk about their experiences working in the film.

Raayan stars Dhanush in the titular role, along with actors Dushara Vijayan, Kalidas Jayaram, Sundeep Kishan, Varalaxmi Sarathkumar, SJ Suryah, Selvaraghavan, Prakash Raj, and others. The film is produced by Sun Pictures. Touted to be a gangster action drama, the film is set to hit theatres on July 26 and has been censored with an A rating.
