According to sources cited by People magazine, actors Tom Cruise and Ana de Armas, who were recently seen arriving together at the London Heliport on Friday, March 14, are not in a romantic relationship. Rather, they are working together on a forthcoming project. They were accompanied by director Doug Liman, although specifics regarding the project have not been disclosed.

A source informed People Magazine that the two individuals are spending time together, although they are not in a romantic relationship. Prior to their encounter at the Kondon Heliport, Cruise and Armas were seen together in London on the evening of February 13.

At that time, a source disclosed to the publication that the two well-known figures were dining with their agents to "discuss potential collaborations in the future," emphasizing that Cruise and Armas did not seem to share any romantic connection, but were merely friends.

Cruise's upcoming film, Mission Impossible: The Final Reckoning, is set to be released on May 26, while Armas will appear in Ballerina on June 6, which will serve as an extension of the John Wick franchise.

Update on Cruise’s upcoming projects

It has been revealed that Tom Cruise will participate in Alejandro González Iñárritu's forthcoming untitled film, scheduled for release in 2026. This project will mark his first English-language endeavor since The Revenant. The narrative is expected to center on "the most powerful man in the world" as he undertakes a desperate mission to establish himself as humanity's savior before the catastrophe he has caused leads to total destruction.

Cruise has hinted at a collaboration with director Doug Liman on an ambitious astronaut-themed film, which includes plans for him to shoot scenes in space, in conjunction with NASA and SpaceX. The two have previously teamed up on the 2014 science fiction success Edge of Tomorrow and the 2017 biopic American Made.

The film was officially announced by Universal Pictures executive Donna Langley, two years after the initial hint was dropped during an interview with the BBC.
