Director K.S. Ravikumar has accused the leading actor Rajinikanth. He said that Rajinikanth interfered in the editing of 'Linga' in their combo. In a recent interview given to a YouTube channel, Ravikumar talked about the failure of the film. Rajinikanth intervened in the matter of editing. I didn't have any time for CJI (Computer Graphics). He changed the entire second half. A song with Anushka, the twist in the climax was removed. An artificial balloon jumping scene was added. Ravikumar commented that 'Linga' has been confused. Now these comments have gone viral. KS Ravikumar has a good reputation as a director in Kollywood. With Rajinikanth, he has previously made films 'Muthu' and 'Narasimha' and received success.

The duo's 2014 film 'Linga' was a combo. It is a big budget action comedy film. Rajinikanth appeared in a double role. Sonakshi Sinha and Anushka are the heroines. Released amid many expectations, the film has grossed more than Rs.150 crores at the box office. Although it collected good collections, it was a failure. In 2016, Ravikumar talked about the outcome of this film in an interview. Our film collected more than Rs.150 crore worldwide. It's not that easy.
