Kapil Sharma’s The Great Indian Kapil Show dropped on Netflix today. The inaugural episode features the "great" Kapoor family of Bollywood: Ranbir Kapoor, Neetu Kapoor, and Riddhima Kapoor Sahani. Comedian Kapil Sharma marked his return as the wacky chat show host with his new show on streaming giant Netflix. In the first episode, the trio shared intriguing stories from their childhood to their careers and families. Neetu Singh also revealed how Raha will inherit some qualities from his grandfather, Rishi Kapoor.

Kapil Sharma hosted the renowned Kapoor family as his first celebrity guests in the newly released The Great Indian Kapil Sharma Show. The show’s set, “Kap’s Cafe,” witnessed the excited Kapoor trio: Ranbir Kapoor, Neetu Singh Kapoor, and Riddhima Kapoor making their grand entry with the dhol beats. The entire episode is packed with humour and anecdotes that promise to take you on a thrilling laughter ride.

During the conversation, Neetu Singh revealed how children often inherit qualities from their parents. When Kapil asked what qualities her children, Ranbir and Riddhima, inherited from her. She quickly replied that the brother-sister duo has “calmness” and a cool character. She also added that her husband, the late Rishi Kapoor, inculcated core values in her children.

“I don’t think even our neighbours have ever heard him ( Ranbir) speak loudly. But I think the values they have were instilled by my husband, Rishi Ji,” Neetu added.

Raha will inherit 'Sanskaars’

Ranbir Kapoor and Alia Bhatt’s adorable munchkin Raha often takes the limelight whenever she makes a public appearance. During the show, Raha’s grandmother, Neetu Singh, revealed that Raha will instill the same values as her father and grandfather. "Raha mein bhi wohi sanskar jayegi because woh (Ranbir) Rishi Ji ka beta hai. (Raha will inculcate the same values because Ranbir is Rishi Ji’s son), Neetu Singh told Kapil.

She further detailed about the values and listed three core beliefs that are significant. “Value of time, value of money, and respect. I believe the most important thing is respecting other people. And I feel Raha, maybe, will also hold the same values,” the Jugjugg Jeeyo actress added.

Apart from the celebrity guests and Kapil’s comedic timing, the show also features Sunil Grover's return after his rift with the host. Krushna Abhishek and Kiku Sharda also entertain the global OTT audience.

The Great Indian Kapil Show is available to stream on Netflix.
