Celebrity MasterChef stands as one of the leading cooking reality shows today. The program is hosted by Farah Khan, alongside renowned chefs Vikas Khanna and Ranveer Brar. Tejasswi Prakash, a current participant in the show, recently shared a vlog titled 'Inside Celebrity MasterChef! A Day with Tejasswi Prakash,' in which she discussed her motivations for joining the competition.

In her vlog, Tejasswi Prakash elaborated on her reasons for participating in Celebrity MasterChef. She expressed her enthusiasm, stating, "I am thrilled because I have a passion for cooking. I adore food and everything related to it. This is precisely why I decided to join the show. I have sustained a burn mark that still looks quite severe. My skin tightens when I attempt to handle items in the kitchen. Fortunately, it has dried out now, so the pain has significantly lessened, although it was excruciating at first."

For those unfamiliar, Tejasswi suffered a burn on her hand while filming the cooking reality show in December 2024. She shared a selfie on Instagram, captioning it, "The show must go on."

Celebrity MasterChef features a lineup of well-known personalities from the television industry. The participants include Gaurav Khanna, Tejasswi Prakash, Dipika Kakar, Rajiv Adatia, Nikki Tamboli, Archana Gautam, Faisal Shaikh (Mr. Faisu), Usha Nadkarni, Kabita Singh, Chandan Prabhakar, and Abhijeet Sawant.

In an official statement, Farah Khan conveyed her enthusiasm for hosting Celebrity MasterChef. She expressed her appreciation for the show's format and her gratitude for her friendship with the esteemed Chef Judges, Ranveer Brar and Vikas Khanna.

"I was part of the MasterChef family when it first launched in India, and I am well-acquainted with many of the remarkable celebrities participating this season, so it promises to be an exhilarating experience," she remarked.

Currently, Celebrity MasterChef airs on Sony TV and SonyLIV from Monday to Friday at 8 PM. Viewers can also enjoy the show with an OTTplay Premium subscription.
