The renowned international artist currently possesses a real estate portfolio valued in the millions, featuring residences in Rhode Island, New York, Los Angeles, and Nashville. This weekend, she is said to be investing approximately $650,000 to lease an exclusive, gated property from a designer.

The expansive mansion is situated on a vast estate that includes an opulent driveway. According to The Mirror US, the picturesque surroundings contribute to the property's overall luxurious ambiance.

Returning for her second consecutive year to support her Super Bowl champion partner, the pop star has also secured a luxurious $2 million suite at the Caesars Superdome to witness Kelce in action alongside industry friends Ice Spice and the Haim sisters. This VIP box suite, reportedly a gift from the Chiefs tight end (according to TMZ), will offer her an exclusive gourmet dining experience.

This year, Sodexo Live! is collaborating with the stadium to curate a custom “extensive menu featuring Louisiana favorites alongside game-day classics.” In celebration of the host city’s culinary traditions, the event is anticipated to showcase standout dishes, including the notable Surf n' Turf po' Boy, which features five large Gulf shrimp and a nine-hour smoked short rib.

Executive chef Carmen Callo expressed to PEOPLE the desire to enliven the city while acknowledging the essence of a football game. "It is about blending the Cajun, Creole, French, and Southern influences—a global melting pot that defines the uniqueness of New Orleans."

The striking menu features an array of highlights, including alligator sausage, lobster karage, vegetarian Vietnamese báhn mì, jambalaya, Cajun beef brisket, a sushi platter, a seafood tower, and a Tomahawk steak branded with the Super Bowl LIX logo on the bone. Additionally, classic stadium fare such as hot dogs, pretzels, and nachos will be available.

The upscale cocktail selection aims to impress VIP guests with the quintessential New Orleans Bloody Mary, alongside a Black Magic cocktail that combines lime juice, jalapeno syrup, and mango puree, garnished with dehydrated lime and black magic Cajun seasoning.
