Actor Tabu recently reunited with her Dune Prophecy co-star Mark Strong, and the two shared photographs from their meeting. Both Tabu and Mark took to Instagram to post images capturing their encounter in Mumbai, where Mark is currently visiting.

Dune Prophecy co-stars Tabu, Mark meet in Mumbai

Tabu and Mark convened at a city restaurant, where they posed together, smiling for the camera. For this occasion, Tabu donned a cream blouse paired with a coordinating blazer and trousers, while Mark was dressed in an all-black ensemble. In sharing the photographs, Tabu wrote, "Javicco and Francesca re-unite!!! (Red heart emojis) @mrmarkstrong."

Mark calls Tabu ‘glamorous, beautiful’

Mark also conveyed his delight at the opportunity to meet Tabu. In his Instagram post, he characterized Tabu as "glamorous, beautiful, and talented." He stated, "The glamorous, beautiful, and talented Tabu and her most ardent admirer! Enjoyed a splendid evening reuniting Francesca and Javicco.. @tabutiful #dune #duneprophecy #mumbai."

Fans hail their chemistry

In response to their posts, one admirer remarked, “Goodness, the chemistry between them is truly remarkable.” Another comment stated, “Incredible!! Two stunning individuals.” A user suggested, “There is definitely great chemistry; they should collaborate on another project, perhaps a reimagining of The Thin Man or something similar.” Another individual expressed, “This duo is perfect for a heartfelt romantic film.” One more comment noted, “They look so adorable together. I am completely captivated!”

In Dune: Prophecy, Mark portrayed the character of Padishah Emperor Javicco Corrino, while Tabu played Sister Francesca, who was Javicco's former love interest.

About Tabu and Mark's projects

Tabu is set to appear alongside Akshay Kumar in Priyadarshan's film Bhoot Bangla. This production, overseen by Ekta Kapoor, is scheduled to hit theaters on April 2, 2026.

Mark will soon be featured in the forthcoming Apple TV series adaptation of Neuromancer. According to Variety, he will join the previously announced leads, Callum Turner and Briana Middleton, in this adaptation of William Gibson's renowned novel. The series was acquired by Apple in February 2024.
