If they get married and try for a baby in the future, their baby has 25% risk of being Thalessemia major, who will struggle to survive and will have a shorter life expectancy in comparison to other children. Popatlal and Madhubala continued remaining friends and joked while also promising to find each other life partners. Basundi, on the other hand, bonded with Gokuldham society's Mahila mandali, for she joined their kitty party and shared a surprise moment with all the women.

Tapu Sena's surprise, followed by Sonu's surprise

Tapu Sena surprised the Gokuldham society members with the help of Madhavi. They won an award during their Pune trip and planned to surprise everyone. Bhide, being their teacher, was especially proud.

This was followed by Sonu's surprise for the mahila mandali and Tapu Sena. Her surprise was giving them a hair makeover with the help of her friend. Tapu, Sonu and Madhavi get magenta coloured hair, Komal goes for purple hair, Anjali dark brown, Babita and Sodhi with shades of brown, and Basundi with magenta coloured hair braided at the top and left wavy below.

Popatlal's surprise for Gokuldham society members was an ice-cream party. He invited everyone to his house, only to keep his lights off. Iyer fears Popatlal's safety, causing panic. That is when Popatlal closes the door and informs everyone of his presence. This is because Popatlal is upset that all the married men forgot he exists and enjoyed surprises with their wives.

Dr. Hathi wishes to treat Gokuldham society members to breakfast

In the most recent episode, Dr. Hansraj Hathi and his wife Komal Hathi got to know that there's a snack shop which has opened in their vicinity. Thus, they decide to treat their Gokuldham society members to breakfast. The menu includes fafda, jalebi, rabdi and kachori. The Hathi family has already approached Abdul and Taarak Mehta so far, and will be talking to the other members soon.
