It has been many episodes since Inspector Chalu Pandey has been trying to find out the whereabouts of Popatlal. After learning his truth, Gokuldham society members try to protect the journalist but he could not be in hiding for long. Pandey, proving his skill, has caught Popatlal red-handed.

Chalu Pandey wants to find Popatlal in his house

The episode commenced from Chalu Pandey being in Patrakar Popatlal’s house. Bhide, Anjali, Babita, Madhavi, Komal, Sodhi, Bapuji and Abdul followed him and Patil there. When Bhide tried to speak, Chalu silenced him. While trying to find Popatlal, Chalu lay on bed. After Patil’s help, he got up and went to the balcony of the house. As expected, none of them could find Popatlal anywhere. Chalu lay on bed, wondering where he is. Popatlal was actually hiding in the cupboard, which was accidentally revealed when Bhide pulled the cupboard door open where the society members were. They stood in shock on seeing him but tried to avoid expressing so in front of Chalu. Bapuji then gave the society members signal to distract and get Chalu out of the house. That is when Bhide announced with a smile that Chalu is tired and about to leave.

Chalu Pandey vs the cupboard

On seeing so, Chalu charged towards the teacher. That is when he stumbled on the cupboard where Popatlal is in hiding. Patil was supposed to check the cupboard and since he couldn’t, Chalu took the task upon himself. In another funny moment, Chalu put his hand back when Bhide ended up holding the baton initially in Pandey’s hand. Once again, the society members are surprised and confused by what just happened. Bhide himself is left flabbergasted with his actions, and apologizes to Pandey with his body language. He voluntarily puts his hands up for the mistake committed accidentally.

Chalu Pandey finds Popatlal in hiding

Just as Pandey tries to open the door, Bapuji tries to stop him stating it is a place where people store their clothes. Chalu in turn hits him with a dialogue, “Jahaan se janta sochna bandh kar deti hai, wahan se police sochna aarambh karti hai.” Pandey also struggles as he tries to open the door. He further asks Bhide if they keep each other’s cupboard keys too. Just as Pandey was trying to figure what to do, is when Popatlal screamed from inside the cupboard. This leaves everyone surprised. Just then, every society member sneezes, and Bhide says, “God Bless You all.” Pandey tries to open the cupboard again, and then pretends that he doesn’t want to, only to dash towards the cupboard and find Popatlal in it. Of course, everybody is left shocked with what just happened, but it happened.
