Recently, it's been reported that Suriya is interested in teaming up with some talented folks from Malayalam cinema. He's currently in discussions with well-known filmmakers like Chidambaram, who gained fame from Manjummel Boys, Amal Neerad, and actor-director Basil Joseph for his next films.

Recently, Bheeshma Parvam director Amal Neerad was seen at the set of Suriya’s Retro, sparking rumors about a possible collaboration between them. Reports suggest that the Nadippin Nayagan of Tamil cinema is indeed in discussions with the cinematographer-director for a slick action movie.

It's pretty intriguing that there are whispers going around about Suriya chatting with director Chidambaram from Manjummel Boys, along with the well-known actor-director Basil Joseph, for his next projects. Rumor has it that the star has had several discussions with these top filmmakers in the Malayalam film industry.
