Sunny Deol's film Jaat premiered in theaters on Friday, generating significant excitement among fans. Marketed as a pan-India entertainer, this action drama achieved an impressive opening day revenue of ₹9.5 crore on Thursday, with a Hindi occupancy rate of 12.89%. In response to the film's opening day performance, Hema Malini and her daughter Esha Deol expressed their best wishes for Sunny's success. The mother-daughter duo attended an event together in Mumbai.

Hema and Esha's Remarks  

While speaking to a paparazzo at the event, Hema commented, “I have heard that it has had a very strong opening. It makes me very happy to see that people are enjoying it. Dharam ji is very pleased as well. I am also filled with joy. I truly believe the film is excellent!”

Esha expressed her joy, stating, “I am incredibly happy, and it is all due to his dedication and the affection of his fans! I am thrilled that the film had a successful opening. This is how it should always be for him.”

The film has reportedly earned ₹13 crore globally on its first day, according to industry sources. Directed by Gopichand Malineni, Jaat is a collaboration between People Media Factory and Mythri Movie Makers. The cast includes Saiyami Kher, Randeep Hooda, and Vineet Kumar Singh.
