Actor Sunny Deol expressed his views on the renewed popularity of the Deol family in Bollywood, especially highlighting his brother Bobby Deol's recent achievements with Animal and Aashram. He mentioned that it was "about time" they got the chances they truly deserved.

On Monday, Sunny unveiled the trailer for his upcoming movie Jaat. During the event, he mentioned that his family, including his father Dharmendra, who are all actors, are starting a new chapter in their careers in the entertainment world, according to India Today.
When asked if this new phase added any pressure, Sunny replied that he was actually 'waiting' for this level of work to come his way.
Sunny expressed, "I don’t see it as pressure. It’s about time we got this kind of work. We’ve been anticipating it. Our family has always been like this, and we continue to be. They say you should work hard and not know when your moment will arrive. So, keep pushing forward and don’t give up."
Regarding his upcoming projects, Sunny shared, “Right now, I can only discuss Jaat. I’m involved in several films and feel lucky to see them coming together. I’ve been waiting a long time for the right projects to materialize. Gadar 2 was the start of that for me. Currently, I’m focused on Jaat. I’ll talk about the other projects when the time is right. They all have fantastic stories.”
Sunny's next movie
Sunny is set to appear in Gopichand Malineni’s first Hindi film, Jaat, where he’ll share the screen with Randeep Hooda, who plays the villain. The film's trailer dropped on Monday, showcasing Sunny’s character as he threatens to take down Randeep’s ‘lanka’ while being the hero of the story.
In addition to Sunny and Randeep, the cast includes Saiyami, Regena, Viineet Kumar Siingh, Babloo Prithiveeraj, Ramya Krishnan, Swarupa Ghosh, and more in significant roles. Produced by Mythri Movie Makers and People Media Factory, the film features music by Thaman S. Jaat is set to hit theaters on April 10 this year.
