Actor Suchitra Krishnamoorthi has taken a firm stand against an astrologer for making unsettling predictions regarding various Bollywood stars, including Shah Rukh Khan and Salman Khan.

In a chat with Siddharth Kannan, astrologer Sushil Kumaar Singh made some pretty shocking claims, saying that Shah Rukh and Salman would pass away at 67. He also predicted that Saif Ali Khan and Kareena Kapoor Khan would split up within a year and a half.

Suchitra, who starred alongside Shah Rukh in Kabhi Haan Kabhi Naa, took to social media to call out the astrologer. She found his predictions to be "utterly appalling."

On Monday, she shared, “I tweeted earlier about astrologers spreading nonsense and misinformation about celebrities. I was shocked to see some astrologer named Susheel whatever spewing vile gossip and doomsday predictions on the #sidharthkannan show, including the deaths and breakups of our beloved stars. Talk show hosts need to be more responsible before spreading so much hate and negativity. Just to emphasize my point about these quack astrologers, I got a timely Google alert on my own horoscope today. The astrologer even got my birth date wrong! I’m born in November, not March.”

On March 7, Suchitra called for a ban on this kind of content. She expressed her frustration, saying, “These doomsday astrologers on social media predicting bad things for celebrities, even deaths! They should face consequences for spreading fear. It’s just ridiculous. And chat show hosts who profit from this nonsense should be called out or banned too. @sidkannan, I hope you’re paying attention.”

What did the fortune teller mention?

During an interview with Siddharth, astrologer Sushil made a shocking statement, saying, “Salman Khan is going to be diagnosed with a serious illness that we don’t even mention by name. Both Salman and Shah Rukh Khan will pass away in the same year. They will leave this world at the age of 67.”
