Stree 2’s Sarkata, Sunil Kumar, was approached for Salman Khan-hosted Bigg Boss 18. He confirmed the same during a recent interview, while also revealing when the show is likely to be out. The movie featuring him as the man whose head detaches (Sarkata) for progressive women in the village of Chanderi, is still performing well at the Box Office and is well on its way to probably becoming the biggest blockbuster of the year. Sunil Kumar considering participating in Bigg Boss 18

Sunil Kumar spilled to Pinkvilla that he got an offer from Bigg Boss 18. “Bigg Boss se call aayi hai abhi mujhe, October mein bol rahe hai Bigg Boss ke liye,” he shared. Sunil, who is a police officer in Jammu, wants to participate on the Salman Khan-hosted show but owing to his job, he is not certain if he could get leaves. While stating so, he also mentioned that his seniors are supportive and do allow him leaves if he has to go for an acting or wrestling stint (his alias is The Great Angaar) otherwise.

Spiritual leader Aniruddhacharya also approached, rejected Bigg Boss immediately

Aniruddhacharya, who has become a popular meme material on Instagram, was also approached for Bigg Boss 18. He confirmed the news to Times Now, while putting the show’s concept down. Aniruddhacharya mentioned that they offered him crores of rupees but he refused because the TV show does not match with his values. “Bigg Boss is a program where abusive people live. They are not cultured people,” he stated as the reason for him turning down the offer.

About Bigg Boss 18

Bigg Boss 18 is scheduled for October 8 release. Salman Khan is likely to return as the host for the TV version. Bigg Boss OTT 3 was hosted by Anil Kapoor, and ended in August. Sana Makbul Khan emerged the winner of the show, and Naezy was the first runner-up. All seasons of Bigg Boss are available for streaming on Jio Cinema. Bigg Boss 18 will also premiere on the very platform.
