The promos and promotions of Swag are unique. Tell us about that?

Yes, Swag is a very unique film that is set in different time zones. The film has been made on an uncompromising budget and will surely thrill the audience. As the film is about a treasure that is passed through generations, we have titled the film Swag. To know more you need to watch the film on the big screen.

What is Swag all about?

Swag narrates a conflict between matriarchy and patriarchy, set against the backdrop of the 1500s. It raises the question: "Who holds more power, the man or the woman?" The narrative is boldly crafted, reflecting the Telugu audience's openness to fresh and innovative stories. I feel that the new-age narration will surely shock one and all.

Tell us about your role in Swag?

I have never played a double role to date but in Swag, I play four different characters in a single family. All of them belong to different time zones and bring massive twists to the story. Why I played such roles and what is the secret behind it will be known only when you watch the film on the big screen.

Among the four which character was tough to portray?

I thoroughly enjoyed playing each of them but the character of Singha was the toughest to portray. The rest of the three characters were also tough. The one where I played a middle-aged man was also tough as the makeup, look, and body language needed to be perfect. Each of the characters will represent a generation and all of this has a link.

Tell us about Ritu Varma's importance in the script?

After a long gap, Ritu Varma has got a role where she can showcase her acting prowess. Even she has a lot of transformations in the film and Ritu has given her career-best performance in Swag. She portrays the women's clan and fights for her rights in the film. One twist that she brings in the second half will shock one and all.

What are the highlights of Swag?

Swag is a content-rich film that has loads of comedy and thrill. The entire family audience can watch the film as there is a massive twist every twenty minutes in the film. Hasith Goli, my director, has come up with a crazy film which is a perfect holiday watch for one and all.

Tell us more about Hasith Goli your director?

This is my second film with him after Raja Raja Chora. He always comes up with something special for me. Even when he was a writer, he used to narrate stories that were ahead of their time. In today's world, the fight between matriarchy and patriarchy has been showcased in a very engaging and thrilling manner.

Upcoming Projects?

I have signed a film in Allu Arjun's Geetha Arts banner. This is a big film and will take me to the next level in terms of my career. Apart from that, I have also signed a thriller which will start its shoot soon.
