Sky Force, featuring Akshay Kumar and Sara Ali Khan, is scheduled to premiere in theatres on January 24. This action drama will depict India's retaliatory strike on the Sargodha airbase in Pakistan during the Indo-Pakistani air war of 1965, which was significant as India's inaugural airstrike. In addition to the lead actors, the film includes performances by Veer Pahariya and Nimrit Kaur. It is noteworthy that Veer is making his acting debut under the direction of Abhishek Anil Kapur and Sandeep Kewlani. Veer Pahariya, born in 1995, is the son of Smruti Shinde, who owns Sobo Films Pvt Ltd, a media and production enterprise. He is the grandson of Sushilkumar Shinde, the former Chief Minister of Maharashtra. His father, Sanjay Pahariya, is a prominent business magnate.

In 2018, Veer co-founded Indiawyn Gaming alongside his brother, Shikhar Pahariya. Currently, Shikhar is in a relationship with actress Janhvi Kapoor. Previously, Veer garnered attention due to his relationship with actress Sara Ali Khan. Recently, he has been associated with former Miss Universe Harnaaz Kaur Sandhu and former Miss World Manu.

Veer Pahariya's profession before acting

Before his acting career, Veer served as an assistant director on the film Bhediya, which featured Varun Dhawan and Kriti Sanon. He received his education at Dhirubhai Ambani International School and Regent's University in London. 

Additionally, he maintains friendships with prominent individuals such as Anant Ambani, the son of Mukesh Ambani, and Radhika Merchant. He has been spotted at their wedding and various events hosted by the Ambani family.

Veer is prepared to embark on his acting career with the film Sky Force. In this production, he portrays Squadron Leader Ajjamada Boppayya Devayya, a character inspired by a real-life Air Force officer who received the Maha Vir Chakra posthumously.

Sky Force serves as a homage to the bravery and dedication of India's overlooked heroes. The film draws inspiration from the actual events of the 1965 Indo-Pak war. Featuring performances by Akshay Kumar, Sara Ali Khan, Nimrit Kaur, and Veer Pahariya, it is directed by Abhishek Anil Kapur and produced by Jio Studios in collaboration with Maddock Films. 

The release date for Sky Force is set for January 24, 2025.
