Actor Vikram's latest film, Veera Dheera Sooran, encountered legal issues just one day prior to its release on Thursday, as B4U sought an interim stay from the Delhi High Court. Once the matters were resolved, the film premiered on Thursday evening, with Sivakarthikeyan joining Vikram to enjoy the screening alongside fans.

Numerous fan pages dedicated to Vikram and Sivakarthikeyan shared videos of the two actors reconnecting during the film's intermission. The footage, captured in a Chennai theater, depicts the audience eagerly recording the moment as Sivakarthikeyan embraces Vikram and engages him in conversation about the movie.

A different video shared online captures Vikram cradling his granddaughter while engaging in conversation with Sivakarthikeyan at the theater. Dushara Vijayan, his co-star, is also visible, smiling and nodding in agreement as they converse. Fans expressed their appreciation for Sivakarthikeyan's support of Vikram following recent events, leaving affectionate comments beneath the videos. One admirer remarked, “This is so sweet,” while others found it endearing that Vikram had his granddaughter with him.

What happened

On March 26, B4U, a production company based in Mumbai that owns the digital rights, filed a complaint with the Delhi High Court. They claimed that Riya Shibu, the producer from HR Pictures, had prematurely announced the film's release without finalizing the OTT agreement. Consequently, on March 27, the court issued an interim stay until 10:30 am, leading to the cancellation of shows, and instructed the producer to deposit ₹7 crore and provide necessary documentation within 48 hours.

Since the film, directed by SU Arun Kumar, was scheduled for release on March 27 and had already received significant promotional efforts from Vikram, the matter was promptly resolved, allowing shows to be reinstated later that evening. Veera Dheera Sooran features SJ Suryah and Suraj Venjaramoodu in prominent roles.
