Notably, just hours before its theatrical release, a pirated version of Sikandar was leaked online on Saturday night. Authorities reportedly took action to remove the film from at least 600 websites.

The runtime of Sikandar is 2 hours, 30 minutes, and 8 seconds. The film's background score is composed by Santhosh Narayanan, with choreography by Farah Khan, Ahmed Khan, Dinesh Master, and Brinda. The story follows Salman Khan as Sanjay Rajkot/Sikandar, a man who combats corruption and injustice, inspired by his wife, and becomes a symbol of hope for the marginalized.
