Hrithik Roshan's commitment to fitness has really inspired a ton of people, including Shreya Chaudhry from Bandish Bandits. She recently posted on Instagram about how he motivated her to focus on her health and well-being.

Shreya also shared some throwback pics from her childhood with Hrithik, along with her before and after shots to highlight her weight loss journey.

Hrithik Roshan is the reason I started my fitness journey

Shreya shared a heartfelt post about her journey of transformation and the influence Hrithik had on her life. She wrote, “Let me share a little story - I embrace every version of myself. Each one shows what I was dealing with mentally. No regrets here. I’ve grown wiser and stronger.”

She added, “I definitely wanted to get fit, but it was mainly for my health. I was under a lot of stress, and everyone kept telling me to stay active and focus on my well-being.” Shreya then mentioned how she came across an article where her long-time crush Hrithik discussed fitness and how he navigated his own challenges.

I've been a huge fan of Hrithik since I was a kid, and that article really turned my life around. Looking back, I can honestly say he’s the reason I started my fitness journey. So, I just wanted to take a moment to appreciate my cinematic hero who motivated me to prioritize my health. You inspire so many people, including me.

Focusing on my health has allowed me to chase my dream of acting. So here I am, pushing through the ups and downs and keeping my eyes on the goal. Thanks to everyone for all the love and encouragement. ❤️ Here’s to a healthier 2025!

Her followers were quick to shower her with praise. One person commented, “Sooo proud of all aspects of u.” Another said, “Wow!!! What an inspiration.” Someone else noted, “The transformation from the second pic to now is inspirational.” A user shared, “That second pic gave me the motivation to believe in myself and showed me that hard work and dedication really pay off.”
