In 2022, Shraddha Kapoor's participation in the special song Thumkeshwari from Bhediya took many by surprise. She performed alongside the film's main stars, Varun Dhawan and Kriti Sanon. Following this, Varun ventured into the realm of Stree, and he also featured in the song Khoobsurat from Stree 2. In a recent interview, Shraddha disclosed her potential involvement in Varun's upcoming Bhediya 2.

Shraddha Kapoor in Bhediya 2?

In a recent interview with Pinkvilla, Shraddha Kapoor discussed her upcoming projects while participating in the Red Sea International Film Festival 2024.

When inquired about the possibility of making a special appearance in Varun Dhawan’s Bhediya 2, the actress responded, “Only time will reveal whether I will have any additional cameos in other Maddock films. I am uncertain at this moment.”

While revealing her upcoming projects, Shraddha said, "But, very soon, I will share the films that I will be doing, which I will be shooting for next year."

Update on Bhediya 2

Regarding Varun Dhawan's Bhediya 2, the director recently informed India Today that the script has not yet been finalized. However, he indicated that the story has been crafted and requires further development of the screenplay. Additionally, he expressed dissatisfaction with certain aspects of the narrative, noting that the team is actively addressing these concerns.

In a recent interview with Bollywood Hungama, Rajkummar Rao confirmed that Bhediya 2 will be the first to be released. 

Regarding Stree 3, he informed News18 that while the project is indeed planned, it will not be developed in the immediate future. "We will not be producing it next year, as we aim to avoid hastily creating a sequel. Often, when a film achieves success, there is pressure to quickly produce a follow-up, but we took six years to develop Stree 2 after the original film for a reason," he stated.
