Shilpa Shirodkar's time on Bigg Boss 18 has wrapped up after her recent eviction, just falling short of making it to the final showdown for the trophy. In a recent interview, she shared her thoughts on whether she felt her family, including her brother-in-law Mahesh Babu and sister Namrata Shirodkar, were there for her on social media. Some fans of Shilpa felt that her family could have done more to back her up and show their support publicly..
Shilpa thinks back
In a recent chat with Galatta, Shilpa opened up about not receiving any social media love from Mahesh Babu and Namrata Shirodkar. When asked about the lack of public support from her family, especially from Mahesh and Namrata, she noted that it led to some trolls criticizing them for being quiet. The interviewer wanted her to respond to those trolls and share her perspective.
Shilpa replied, “Seriously? You can’t judge a relationship just because of a social media post. That’s just silly! Honestly, I learned this in the Bigg Boss house: I don’t care what others think. I know what my family means to me, and I know how much I mean to them. That’s what really counts.”
She went on to stress that no matter what the public thinks or says, it won’t change the strong bond she has with her family, indicating that their relationship remains solid despite outside opinions.
While in the Bigg Boss house, Shilpa revealed that she had a big fight with her sister Namrata before going in. In a conversation with filmmaker Anurag Kashyap, she expressed her regret about that conflict and mentioned how much she missed her family.
