Shark Tank India 4 latest episodes feature high-stakes negotiations and groundbreaking deals

The most recent episode of Shark Tank India Season 4 showcased intense negotiations and innovative agreements. Peyush Bansal secured a 51% controlling interest in NOOE, a premium lifestyle and accessory brand. This transaction represents the largest investment in the show's history.

Founded by Piyush Suri and Niteeka Pandey, NOOE is renowned for its minimalist designs inspired by Japanese and Scandinavian aesthetics, as well as its dedication to sustainability. The brand has also been honoured with esteemed accolades, including the Red Dot Design Award.

In the context of the brand's financial difficulties, Piyush disclosed a debt amounting to Rs 1.2 crore, despite having a rapidly selling inventory. Judge Aman Gupta inquired about the brand's ability to remain viable without external funding.

Piyush proposed an investment of Rs 3 crore for a 51% ownership stake, intending to eliminate the debt and inject additional capital to revitalize the brand.

Shortly thereafter, Aman made a counteroffer of Rs 3 crore for a 50% share, which he later modified to Rs 2 crore for a 30% stake. Nevertheless, the entrepreneur was reluctant to give up control.

Piyush and Niteeka responded with an offer of Rs 5 crore for a 51% stake. Aman, visibly frustrated by the rejection of his proposal, remarked, "I presented you with a superior offer at 30%, which you turned down." Ultimately, they accepted Piyush's proposal, with him announcing it as his largest investment on the show.
