Shahid Kapoor's wife Mira Kapoor is filled with joy and heartfelt wishes as she is celebrating their son Zain’s birthday today (September 5). On the special occasion, Mira took to social media and dropped a series of cute pictures with the birthday boy.  Fans couldn’t help but shower her post with sweet comments. Many pointed out the uncanny resemblance between Zain and his dad Shahid. They went on to call him ‘Chota Shahid’ or his mini version. The Call Me Bae star Ananya Panday also dropped a warm wish for him.

Mira Kapoor’s special birthday wish for son Zain

September 5 marks B-town couple Shahid Kapoor and Mira Kapoor’s son, Zain’s birthday. The little boy turned 6 years old today. On the special day, Zain’s mother, Mira Kapoor, dropped a carousel post on social media. Taking to Instagram, Mira shared a series of pictures featuring Zain and his goofy poses. Notably, this is not the first time Mira dropped a sneak peek into her family’s fun time.

In the first picture, Zain is seen dressed up in a white shirt and denim jeans. While the following picture oozes style and confidence as he poses in a fashionista hoodie. The remaining pictures also feature Mira hugging her 'darling' Zain.

“Twinkling eyes and laughter laced with mischief.. Happy Birthday to my darling Zain. The only one who’s got me dancing to his tunes, with a heart full of love and pockets full of masti,” Mira captioned the lovely post. Her birthday post is all things love!

Fans reaction to Zain’s pictures

Soon, the Instagram post garnered cute comments from fans. While many showered the post with warm wishes for the b’day boy, several fans were overwhelmed to observe the resemblance between the father-son duo. One fan wrote, “First picture of Zain completely resembles a young Shahid Kapoor.” Another wrote, “Chota shahid kapoor.” Other comments were also filled with surprised reactions to uncanny similarities. “He looks absolutely like Shahid,” others shared.

Bollywood actresses Ananya Panday and Rakul Preet Singh also dropped birthday wishes for Zain. “So handsome! Happy birthday Zainuuuu,” the Call Me Bae actress commented, while Rakul wrote, "Soooo cuteeee Happpy bdayyyyyy to Zain." Check out other comments below:

Meanwhile, Shahid and Mira are also parents to their 8-year-old daughter Misha. The duo married in a private lavish ceremony in Gurgaon on 7 July 2015 and welcomed Misha in 2016, followed by Zain in 2018.
