Shah Rukh Khan's residence in Mumbai, known as Mannat, has emerged as a popular destination for tourists. Located directly across from the renowned Bandra Bandstand, this notable bungalow attracts numerous fans eager to take selfies each day and has been the home of the actor and his family for more than 25 years. However, later this year, the Khans are set to vacate their home and relocate to an apartment building. This move is necessitated by an extensive renovation planned for the luxurious bungalow.

Shah Rukh Khan moves out of Mannat

Sources have informed HT that renovation activities at Mannat are scheduled to commence in May. This project encompasses a long-discussed expansion of the bungalow, which required Shah Rukh to obtain judicial approval. As Mannat is classified as a Grade III heritage site, any alterations to its structure must be conducted with the appropriate permissions. With the renovation set to begin in a little over two months, Shah Rukh and his family will be moving to a different residence.

Shah Rukh Khan's new address

Shah Rukh Khan, along with his wife Gauri and their children—Aryan, Suhana, and AbRam—are in the process of moving to four floors within a luxury apartment complex located in the Pali Hill area of Bandra. According to a report from HT, these floors have been leased from film producer Vashu Bhagnani. Shah Rukh's production company, Red Chillies Entertainment, has entered into a leave and license agreement with Bhagnani’s son, Jackky Bhagnani, and his daughter, Deepshika Deshmukh, who co-own the property known as Puja Casa.

Reports indicate that the four floors will accommodate not only the Khan family but also their security personnel and staff, with some designated office space included. A source noted, “While it is not as spacious as Mannat, there is sufficient room to house his security and other staff.” The monthly rent for these four floors is reportedly ₹24 lakh.

Sources have revealed that Shah Rukh and his team are taking measures to ensure adequate safety and privacy for the family within the apartment complex. A report from Business Standard mentioned that the actor has leased two duplex apartments on the first, second, seventh, and eighth floors of the building for a duration of three years. It remains uncertain whether the Khan family intends to remain for the entire lease period, as renovations at Mannat may take up to two years to complete.
