Actor Shah Rukh Khan is preparing to relocate to a new residence shortly. The renowned superstar has lived in his luxurious Bandra bungalow, Mannat, for more than twenty years. However, starting in May, renovation efforts will commence at Mannat, prompting SRK and his family to temporarily move to two nearby apartments. This marks the first occasion since the late 1990s that Shah Rukh will be sharing a property with others, resulting in him having 'next-door neighbours' for the first time in over two decades.

Where is Shah Rukh Khan moving to

Shah Rukh Khan, together with his wife Gauri and their children—Aryan, Suhana, and AbRam—are moving to a luxury apartment complex comprising four floors in the Pali Hill neighbourhood of Bandra. The building, known as Puja Casa, is co-owned by filmmaker Vashu Bhagnani, along with his son, actor and filmmaker Jackky Bhagnani, and daughter Deepshikha Deshmukh. The name Puja Casa is derived from Vashu's wife, Pooja Bhagnani, similar to his film production company, Pooja Entertainment.

The actor has secured two duplex apartments located on the first, second, seventh, and eighth floors of the building, while the remaining floors are occupied by other residents. According to sources, renovations at Mannat are scheduled to commence in May. This renovation includes a long-discussed extension of the bungalow, which required Shah Rukh to obtain court approval. As Mannat is classified as a Grade III heritage structure, any modifications can only proceed after receiving the necessary permissions. Consequently, the Khan family is expected to reside at Puja Casa for a minimum of two years.

Who are Shah Rukh's new neighbours

Puja Casa has served as the residence for the Bhagnani family for several years. Vashu Bhagnani and his spouse reside in the building with their children. Additionally, Jackky Bhagnani and his wife, actress Rakul Preet Singh, also call this building home. Over the years, their Instagram posts and stories have consistently geotagged the location. The Bhagnanis are now effectively neighbours to Shah Rukh Khan and his family for the next two to three years until the Khans return to a newly renovated Mannat.

Sources indicate that Shah Rukh Khan and his team are taking measures to ensure the safety and privacy of him and his family within the apartment complex. The apartments have been leased for three years.
