Sean 'Diddy' Combs is now facing fresh allegations of "drugging and raping" a teenage girl alongside two men. The lawsuit asserts that the incident took place in 2000 when the unnamed woman, then a minor, was babysitting in a residential building in New York City.

Court filings indicate that the woman encountered Combs while walking, as he was seated in a vehicle. After what she describes as "considerable persuasion," she entered the car, which also housed two of Combs' associates.

"During the journey, the plaintiff became frightened when they failed to drop her off at home as promised. The defendant provided her with a drink to 'calm her down.' She quickly became drowsy and unsteady. Combs and his associates, the two male co-defendants, then proceeded to a location where she was sexually assaulted by Combs," the complaint alleges.

After the purported assault, the woman asserts that she was returned to her building and left in the lobby by the two men.

Combs' legal representatives have strongly refuted the allegations in statements made to Variety and People Magazine, asserting, "Regardless of the number of lawsuits initiated, it does not alter the reality that Mr. Combs has never engaged in sexual assault or sex trafficking against anyone—be it a man or woman, adult or minor. We exist in a society where individuals can file lawsuits for various reasons. Fortunately, a just and unbiased judicial system is in place to uncover the truth, and Mr. Combs is assured of his success in court."

Currently, Combs is being held at the Metropolitan Detention Center in Brooklyn, awaiting trial on several charges, which include racketeering conspiracy, fraud, coercion, sex trafficking by force, and transportation for the purpose of prostitution. He has entered a plea of not guilty and has had bail denied on three separate occasions.

This lawsuit adds to over 20 others that have been lodged against the 55-year-old music figure. Another case claims that Combs, alongside fellow rapper Jay-Z, sexually assaulted a teenage girl at an MTV afterparty in 2000. Both Jay-Z and Combs have categorically denied these claims.
