Sarangapani Jathakam, helmed by Mohanakrishna Indraganti and produced by Sivalenka Krishna Prasad under the Sridevi Movies banner, features Priyadarshi and Roopa Koduvayur in the leading roles. We initially intended to release this film two months earlier, but we chose not to rush the process or compete with the excitement surrounding Pushpa 2. This film is ideally suited for family viewing this summer, leading us to select April 18 as the release date. The narrative centers on horoscopes, and I personally have faith in astrology. I was informed that my challenging period would be brief, and that from 2015 onward, my life would undergo a significant transformation. That prediction has indeed come true, as evidenced by the successes of Gentleman, Sammohanam, and Yashoda. Despite facing skepticism regarding Yashoda's controversial subject matter, I remained confident in its potential, and with Samantha's involvement, it thrived. Upon hearing the script for Sarangapani Jathakam, I instantly thought, ‘This is remarkable! We are destined for success.’ I produced this film with unwavering confidence. Although the release was postponed by two months, I view it as a matter of divine timing. I am convinced that after April 18, I will receive widespread acclaim. With nearly 40 years in the industry, I trust in both fate and diligent effort. This film delivers a significant message: while horoscopes may offer guidance, it is essential for us to take the initiative. I take great pride in having produced this film."
