Ibrahim Ali Khan, the son of Saif Ali Khan and Amrita Singh, is poised to make his acting debut in the romantic comedy Nadaaniyan, directed by Shauna Gautam, which will be available on Netflix India. Following the release of the film's first song, "Ishq Mein," by Ibrahim and his co-star Khushi Kapoor at the Next on Netflix event on Monday, family members took to social media to share their pride and enthusiasm.
Comments from Sara and Soha
Ibrahim's elder sister, actress Sara Ali Khan, shared the song on her Instagram Stories, expressing her excitement with the message, “My brother's first song (pink heart, man dancing, and hand heart emojis) Now is the era of your magic (loved and magic wand emojis). I have always believed that the best in the family is yet to come (alarm clock, dua, and folded hands emojis).”
She also conveyed her eagerness to see Khushi Kapoor shine in her performance. Additionally, Sara expressed her excitement for the debut of Shauna Gautam, who previously collaborated with Ibrahim in the Assistant Directors team for Karan Johar's successful 2023 romantic comedy, Rocky Aur Rani Kii Prem Kahaani. The film Nadaaniyan is also produced by Karan's Dharma Productions.
Ibrahim's aunt, Soha Ali Khan, who is Saif Ali Khan's sister and an actress, also shared the song on her Instagram Stories, complimenting Ibrahim with the remark, “Looking good Iggy! (face with sunglasses emoji).”

Furthermore, Saif is married to actress Kareena Kapoor. Sara made her acting debut in the film Kedarnath in 2018 and was most recently featured in Sky Force. She is set to appear next in an action comedy alongside Ayushmann Khurrana.
On the other hand, Saif's most recent appearance was in Kortala Siva's Telugu action film Devara: Part 1, released last year. He is scheduled to star in the upcoming heist thriller Jewel Thief, directed by Kookie Gulati and Robbie Grewal, which will be available on Netflix India. Sharmila, who was last seen in the slice-of-life drama Outhouse, is poised to make her return to Bengali cinema with Suman Ghosh's Puratawn.
