Numerous celebrities have denounced the terror attack and conveyed their grief. Now, comedian Samay Raina has also responded to the incident.

Samay Raina responds to Pahalgam terror attack

On Wednesday, Samay utilized social media and posted on his Instagram story, detailing the awful specifics of the event, which was reported as a communal attack. The post raised concerns about national security and highlighted a breakdown in the intelligence system. The comedian additionally wrote, “Unable to sleep tonight,” in the caption of the post.

Bollywood responds to the terror attack

The terror attack left numerous Bollywood stars, such as Akshay Kumar and Sanjay Dutt, shocked. Akshay took to X to convey his outrage and stated, “Horrified to learn of the terror attack on tourists in Pahalgam. Sheer evil to murder innocent people like this. Prayers for their families. ” Vicky Kaushal turned to Instagram and mentioned, “Can’t fathom the sorrow of the family members who lost their loved ones in the utterly inhumane act of terrorism in Pahalgam. My deepest sympathies and prayers. ” Sanjay commented, “They murdered our people in cold blood. This cannot be forgiven, these terrorists must understand we will not remain silent. We need to respond. I urge our Prime Minister @narendramodi ji, Home Minister @AmitShah ji, and Defence Minister @rajnathsingh ji to give them what they deserve. ”

The terror attack resulted in the deaths of 26 individuals and left 20 more injured. The event took place on Tuesday around 3 pm when terrorists descended from the mountains in the Baisaran valley and began shooting at tourists. Prime Minister Narendra Modi shortened his state visit to Saudi Arabia and chose to return to India.

Meanwhile, Samay has been making headlines since an episode of his show India’s Got Latent faced criticism after Ranveer Allahbadia’s contentious remark. Ranveer’s statement regarding parents and sex led to multiple FIRs being filed against the YouTuber, Samay, Apoorva Mukhija, and Ashish Chanchlani. On Tuesday, the Supreme Court admonished the comedian for purportedly derogatory comments about visually impaired persons and those with disabilities on his show. The court expressed it was “really disturbed” by the statements. While Apoorva and Ranveer have already resumed creating content, fans are eager for Samay to return with his comedy performances.
