Many Bollywood celebrities attended Anant Ambani and Radhika Merchant’s sangeet on Friday night. They included Salman Khan, Ranveer Singh, Deepika Padukone, Kiara Advani, Sidharth Malhotra, Janhvi Kapoor, Vicky Kaushal, Alia Bhatt, and Ranbir Kapoor. Several videos from inside the sangeet ceremony have emerged on social media platforms. 

Salman dances with Anant

In a video, shared on Instagram, Salman Khan was seen on stage dancing with Anant. The duo did steps to Salman's Aisa Pehli Baar Hua Hai song from his 2000 film Har Dil Jo Pyar Karega. For the event, Salman wore a black ensemble--shirt, jacket, pants and shoes.

Anant was seen in a blue and silver kurta and black pyjama. In a clip, Anant was seen welcoming Salman to sit next to him at the event. Janhvi Kapoor grooved on several songs with other celebrities.

Ranveer grooves to No Entry song, Deepika spotted too

In a video posted on Instagram, Ranveer Singh was seen dancing to Salman's No Entry title song. He grooved on stage as he wore a silver-coloured half-sleeve vest, denims and sneakers. The actor also wore dark sunglasses. His wife, Deepika Padukone, was seen walking in the crowd in another clip. For the event, Deepika wore a purple and silver saree.

About Anant and Radhika's sangeet ceremony

Anant and Radhika's sangeet ceremony turned out to be a star-studded affair. From Salman Khan to Shahid Kapoor and Madhuri Dixit, several celebrities marked their appealing presence at the function held at the Nita Mukesh Ambani Cultural Centre (NMACC) in Mumbai.

As part of the wedding celebrations, Mukesh Ambani and Nita Ambani recently organised a mass wedding for the underprivileged on July 2 at Swami Vivekanand Vidyamandir in Palghar. On July 3, Ambanis organised a spectacular Mameru ceremony- a Gujarati wedding tradition where the maternal uncle (mama) of the bride visits her with sweets and gifts.

The main ceremonies will start on July 12 with the auspicious Shubh Vivah (wedding function). According to sources, guests are encouraged to embrace the spirit of the occasion by dressing in traditional Indian attire. The celebrations will continue on Saturday, July 13, with Shubh Aashirwad. The final event, Mangal Utsav or the wedding reception, is scheduled for Sunday, July 14.
