The highly anticipated trailer for the film Sikandar has finally dropped, and you can feel the buzz among fans. The launch event was a star-studded affair, featuring the film's cast, including Salman Khan, producer Sajid Nadiadwala, director A.R. Murugadoss, and actors Sharman Joshi, Rashmika Mandanna, Anjini Dhawan, Sathyaraj, and Kajal Aggarwal. It was a big moment for everyone involved, as fans were eager to see what the movie has in store.

At the event, Salman Khan shared some fun thoughts, particularly about the 31-year age gap between him and co-star Rashmika Mandanna. This age difference had sparked quite a bit of chatter online, but Salman took it in stride with humor. He remarked, “Sometimes, I go without sleep for six or seven nights, and then people on social media say, 'We need to prove we’re still relevant.' They point out the 31-year age gap between me and the heroine. But if she’s cool with it and her dad is too, why should anyone else care? When she gets married and has kids who become stars, they’ll work with me as well. The mom will give the green light (referring to Rashmika).”

Salman Khan gave a shoutout to his co-star Rashmika Mandanna for her incredible dedication and hard work on the film. He recognized how she tackled challenges and showed remarkable commitment, even with her busy schedule.

“She’s been amazing. We all put in a lot of effort, but Miss Mandanna really stood out. She was filming for Pushpa 2 and would wrap up there by 7 PM. Then she’d come to us by 9 PM and work until 6:30 AM before heading back to Pushpa 2,” Salman explained. “And keep in mind, she wasn’t always feeling her best. After breaking her leg, she still showed up every day and didn’t miss a single shoot. She reminds me a lot of who I was when I was younger.”

Salman’s comments were filled with respect for Rashmika, emphasizing her strong work ethic and determination.

Sikandar is set to hit theaters worldwide on March 30, 2025.
