In a series of alarming incidents in a prestigious neighbourhood of Mumbai, Bollywood actor Saif Ali Khan's residence was invaded by a burglar who allegedly entered with the intent to commit theft. When Saif attempted to intervene, he was reportedly stabbed multiple times by the intruder. This incident came to light in the early hours of January 16, occurring around 3:30 AM. It has been reported that Ibrahim Ali Khan, Saif's elder son, transported him to Lilavati Hospital in the city. Saif Ali Khan Out of Danger

According to multiple reports, a physician from Lilavati Hospital has confirmed that Saif Ali Khan sustained six stab wounds from an assailant, with two of those injuries being particularly severe. The actor has undergone surgery and is now reported to be out of danger, as stated by his representatives. The team has issued a statement affirming that the actor is in stable condition and that his family is safe.

In their statement, the team noted, “Saif Ali Khan has successfully completed his surgery and is no longer in danger. He is currently in the recovery phase, with doctors closely monitoring his condition. All family members are safe, and the police are actively investigating the incident. We extend our gratitude to Dr. Niraj Uttamani, Dr. Nitin Dange, Dr. Leena Jain, and the entire team at Lilavati Hospital. We also appreciate the support and prayers from his fans and well-wishers during this challenging time.”

Kareena Kapoor Khan's team has also released a statement following the unfortunate incident. It stated, "An attempted burglary occurred at the residence of Saif Ali Khan and his wife, actress Kareena Kapoor Khan, last night. Saif sustained an injury to his arm and is currently hospitalized for a procedure. The rest of the family is in good health," the statement from Kareena's team conveyed. "We kindly ask the media and fans to remain patient and refrain from further speculation, as the police are actively conducting their investigations. We appreciate your concern," the statement concluded.
