Sai Pallavi to act in a Hindi film produced by Aamir Khan, Amaran director reveals details

Sai Pallavi's recent performance in the Tamil film Amaran has been garnering much appreciation from critics and audiences, alike. The actor plays the role of Indhu Rebecca Varghese, wife of the late Major Mukund Varadarajan played by Sivakarthikeyan.
The makers of Amaran held a success meet for the film, and Rajkumar Periasamy who helmed the film revealed that Sai Pallavi is working on a film, which is being produced by Hindi actor Aamir Khan.
Sai Pallavi to work with Aamir Khan’s production
Director Rajkumar Periasamy, who worked with Sai Pallavi in the recently released Amaran, revealed at the film’s success meet, that the actor is working on a film which is being produced by Aamir Khan under his home banner Aamir Khan Productions.
Speaking at the event, Rajkumar said Sai Pallavi is doing a film in Aamir Khan sir's company, in Hindi. “The reason I am saying this because, I think she can follow Aamir Khan sir's module. He does not ask for remuneration for his films. Instead after the film runs, he takes a share from the profits. Though for this film, she did take remuneration, I feel the real woman empowerment comes when women succeed. She has a module in her working, and I think she can follow Aamir Khan's module. Her presence and contribution for each of her films is big. We as a team have felt that,” he added.
As per reports, the upcoming project will have Aamir Khan's son, Junaid Khan in the lead role. The film has been in production and was shot in parts of Japan. The film is helmed by Siddharth P Malhotra and a release date is yet to be announced.

Headlined by the actor, it is directed by Gautham Ramachandran and is a courtroom drama. The film revolves around a woman’s battle after finding out her father is accused of sexually assaulting a young girl in the apartment he is working as security guard.
Meanwhile, Sai Pallavi is also part of Telugu film Thandel co-starring Naga Chaitanya and is also part of the Ramayana adaptation in Hindi with Ranbir Kapoor.
