At the first-ever Amazon MX Player StreamNext event in Mumbai on Thursday, Amogh Dusad, the Head of Content for the platform, revealed an exciting slate of over 100 new shows coming this year. Among the standout offerings are 40 fresh Hindi originals, plus new seasons of fan favorites like Aashram, Hunter, Jamnapaar, Half CA, Hip Hop India, Sixer, Who’s Your Gynac, and Playground.

One of the most anticipated returns is Who’s Your Gynac, which is gearing up for its second season. Actress and co-star Saba Azad passionately discussed the show’s goal, particularly its focus on a topic that often gets overlooked: female sexual health.

Saba pointed out that Who’s Your Gynac is all about shining a light on an issue that doesn’t get enough airtime in society. “With this show, we wanted to address a really important topic—female sexual health. It’s something that’s rarely talked about, and I’m thrilled that Amazon MX Player decided to feature this female-centric story,” she said.

While the topic is serious, Saba noted the challenge of discussing it in a way that feels approachable. “It’s about getting the seriousness of the issue across while keeping the vibe light,” she mentioned. "We’re trying to communicate that with a sense of humor, even though it’s a serious subject. Balancing that lightness with the gravity of the topic was definitely a challenge."

By blending humor with awareness, Who’s Your Gynac Season 2 aims to keep breaking down barriers around sexual health and promote open discussions.
