As she takes on the role of a journalist in her new show Crime Beat, the actress opens up to HT about her experiences with the media and how she often faces off-the-wall questions during promotional events. "They’re out to sell their story, but I’ve got my own life to lead. The best way to handle it is just to say 'next question'," Saba explains.

She also points out that the trend of viral quotes from interviews isn’t going anywhere, even if it can be damaging. "People only share snippets without the full context, so you’re left hanging. Honestly, there’s no way to avoid it," she adds.

Saqib Saleem believes that the media should act responsibly

Saqib Saleem, her co-star in Crime Beat, shares her thoughts and urges the media to be more careful and responsible when interviewing actors. "Just because actors are willing to chat with you doesn’t mean you can pry into their personal lives and share it with everyone. Nowadays, no one seems to care about the context. A quick 15-second clip can go viral and get blown way out of proportion," he explains.
