After the success of the acclaimed film RRR, he is now preparing for what is anticipated to be the most significant project of his career, featuring Mahesh Babu in the leading role. There are also rumours that Priyanka Chopra and Prithviraj Sukumaran will have prominent roles in this upcoming film.

The most recent development indicates that the film was officially inaugurated today, January 2, in Hyderabad. Notable attendees included Mahesh Babu, S.S. Rajamouli, his spouse Rama, and the essential team members. A brief pooja ceremony was conducted, during which the film's script was formally presented to director Rajamouli, adhering to customary practices.
The media was excluded from the event, which was held at the renowned Aluminium Factory in Hyderabad. Footage of Mahesh Babu arriving at the location quickly gained traction online. Nevertheless, no photographs from the launch have been made public, and reports indicate that visuals will be revealed later through special posters and a brief video.

Rajamouli is renowned for his large-scale cinematic endeavours and lavish premieres; however, he has opted for an unusual level of confidentiality regarding this particular project, the reasons for which remain unclear. It is reported that his entire family is actively participating in the film's production, which is anticipated to be released in two segments. A source affiliated with the production team has indicated that an official announcement regarding the cast and additional information will be disclosed during an upcoming press event.
M.M. Keeravani is set to create the musical score for this adventurous thriller, which is being developed with a budget of ₹100 crore by K.L. Narayana under the Durga Arts label. The film is also expected to feature contributions from leading Hollywood technicians, with Kenya identified as one of the main filming locations. Furthermore, as previously noted by OTTplay, certain scenes will be filmed at the Borra Caves in Vizag.
Rajamouli has spent the past two years meticulously developing the script and its grand scale. Filming is set to commence in the summer of 2025. For now, the project has been launched quietly, with more details expected to emerge soon.
