Rohman Shawl and Sushmita Sen have sparked ongoing speculation due to their frequent public appearances together, even though they declared their separation four years prior. In a conversation with The Times of India, Rohman provided insight into their enduring friendship, explaining that he frequently supports Sushmita as a friend, which leads others to believe they are still in a relationship. He also mentioned that he is currently single.

Rohman Shawl reflected on his past relationship with Sushmita and shared insights on how they have maintained their connection despite the end of their romantic involvement.

He stated, “I started my modelling career in Delhi in 2013, where I quickly rose to prominence. With that experience, I moved to Mumbai. At the time I met Sushmita, my focus was not on pursuing acting. After my name became linked with hers, many assumed I would abandon modeling for acting. People began to question why I would continue with modelling, which led to a decline in offers.”

Discussing their current friendship and the reason for his frequent appearances with her, Rohman explained, “I am simply there as a friend. I enjoy spending time with her. If a relationship has been meaningful and free of significant issues, why would one want to distance themselves? Although I am currently single, the association with someone of her prominence leads others to believe I am still in a relationship with her. As a result, I find that no one approaches me (laughs). I firmly believe in love and relationships, and I genuinely appreciate being in partnerships that inspire me.”

Rohman Shawl and Sushmita Sen were in a relationship from 2018 until 2021. They announced their breakup in December 2021 via Instagram. Despite their separation, they have been spotted together at various events.

She stated, “I currently have no man in my life. I have been single for quite some time—almost two years, to be exact, since 2021. I am not in a relationship. However, I have some truly wonderful friends who are always ready for me to say, ‘Look, I'm pulling the car out, get in the backseat. We're driving to Goa.’”
