Aishwarya Rai Bachchan and Abhishek Bachchan have teamed up in a few films like Dhoom 2, Raavan, and Kuch Naa Kaho, to name a few. Recently, Rohan Sippy, the director of Kuch Naa Kaho, shared his admiration for Aishwarya and talked about his filmmaking process in an interview with Friday Talkies. He mentioned that while Abhishek was still finding his footing in the industry, Aishwarya was already a big star by the time they started shooting.

Abhishek Bachchan's initial journey in the film industry.

Rohan shared in the open discussion that Abhishek had just dropped Refugee, and right after that, he came out with Bas Itna Sa Khwaab Hai. Abhishek was pretty new to the scene back then. They hit it off really well in a laid-back vibe. Plus, they were lucky to have Aishwarya, who’s a total superstar.

He went on to say that Aishwarya stands out from her peers. When it comes to her skills, there are hardly any actors who compare. After her, not many leading ladies in Hindi cinema had what it takes to be a hit. The generations that came after her just couldn't match that level of success.

Aishwarya Rai Bachchan has had a really uplifting impact on Rohan Sippy.

Rohan thought back to how much the actor impacted him when he was new to the industry, remembering how amazing Aishwarya was in every aspect. Her insights have meant the world to him. Her talent in dancing, her looks, and her acting are top-notch. It really boosted his confidence knowing she was willing to listen to him, especially since she has so much more experience. It would have been simpler for her to just say she was a pro, but her supportive actions made a real difference. Rohan feels it's a fantastic experience to be at the beginning of his journey.

When it comes to their latest films, Abhishek and Aishwarya were last seen in Shoojit Sircar's I Want To Talk and Mani Ratnam's Ponniyin Selvan: II, respectively. Abhishek's next project is Tarun Mansukhani's Housefull 5, where he teams up again with Akshay Kumar and Riteish Deshmukh. This one is slated to hit theaters in 2025. As for Aishwarya, she hasn't revealed what she's working on next.
