Ritesh Agarwal, a shark on Shark Tank India 4, attributed his success to the influence of Rajkummar Hirani's film, 3 Idiots, highlighting a particular dialogue that inspired him. He stated, "3 Idiots transformed my life. The film's message, 'Chase your passion, and the money will come,' deeply resonates with me. I firmly believe that pursuing your passion leads to success, which has been my experience."

Additionally, Agarwal shared how Aamir Khan's film motivated him to conceptualize OYO. He remarked, "The inspiration drawn from the movie led me to follow my true calling, resulting in the creation of OYO. It all started with a vision to innovate and bring something new to the market.
