During an Instagram Live session with his stepsister Alabama Barker's boyfriend, Scooter Jackson, Reign responded to a viewer's comment asserting that Justin is his father. He stated, “No, he's not. Bro, I swear, Justin Bieber is not my dad. Scotty... Scotty... Scotty is my dad.” He went on to clarify, "I don't know how old my mum was, but I think Justin Bieber was 16 when I was born. I don't think my mum would do that.”

Kourtney and Scott Disick began their relationship in 2006 and have three children together: sons Reign and Mason, and daughter Penelope. They ended their relationship in 2015 after a decade together. Kourtney gave birth to Reign in 2014, making Bieber approximately 20 years old at that time.
