Nevertheless, she perceives an increase in pressure, especially following the pan-India release of her latest film, with her upcoming project also set for a similar distribution. Reeshma made her acting debut in 2022 with the film Ek Love Ya. She attributes her career beginnings to the director Prem, stating, "Upendra sir (director and star of UI) noticed my performance there and subsequently cast me in UI. I am grateful to him."

UI was launched in multiple languages, including Kannada, Hindi, Tamil, Telugu, and Malayalam, marking it as a pan-India release. Reeshma acknowledges that a broader release entails a heightened sense of responsibility, as one represents their industry. "It instils a sense of duty. With the ease of reaching a larger audience, it becomes significant," she remarks. The film premiered on December 20 and has since achieved the status of the highest-grossing Kannada film of 2024.
Her upcoming film, KD - the Devil, is set to be a pan-India release, featuring Dhruva Sarja, Shilpa Shetty, and Sanjay Dutt. The actress is optimistic that this project will enhance her career prospects. Regarding the significance of dubbed releases, she remarks, "Hearing something in your native language creates a stronger connection."
