Rasha Thadani, the daughter of Raveena Tandon, recently made her debut in the film Azaad, which featured Ajay Devgn’s nephew, Aaman Devgan. In an interview with Filmfare, Rasha discussed her unique relationship with actors Tamannaah Bhatia and Vijay Varma, referring to them as her 'godparents'.

Rasha was inquired about the 'unique bond' she has with Tamannaah Bhatia, prompting her to share the amusing tale of their first encounter. She recounted, “It’s quite a humorous story. We were at a birthday celebration where a live singer was performing. I was dancing near the stage, and she was doing the same. We noticed each other, began dancing together, and that was all it took.”

The actress further expressed that her connection with Tamannaah is so strong that she considers both Tamannaah and Vijay to be the individuals 'closest' to her. She remarked, “We connected so quickly, and now I can’t imagine my life without her. At present, Tamannaah and Vijay Varma are my closest friends; they feel like my godparents.” Recently, when Rasha celebrated her 20th birthday, Tamannaah was present at her party in Mumbai. Additionally, they spent time together at producer Pragya Kapoor’s Holi celebration.

Recent work

Rasha's first film, Azaad, premiered in theaters on January 17 and has been available for streaming on Netflix since March 14. Although the film garnered mixed reviews, Rasha's song "Uyi Amma" has generated considerable discussion.

Tamannaah was recently featured in the Tamil movie Aranmanai 4 and is set to appear in the upcoming Telugu film Odela 2. Additionally, she is currently filming a web series titled Daring Partners. Vijay's most recent appearances were in Murder Mubarak and IC 814: The Kandahar Hijack, and he is slated to star in Ul Jalool Ishq soon.

A recent report from Pinkvilla indicated that Tamannaah and Vijay have ended their romantic relationship but intend to remain "good friends."
