While Ranveer feels blessed to work with every cast and crew member associated with the movie, the actor couldn’t hold back his excitement to see wife Deepika Padukone on the big screen in a Rohit Shetty film. At the trailer launch of Singham Again, Ranveer heaped praises on his wife, who was absent because they have been blessed with a baby girl and she had to attend to their newborn child as a new mother. When asked about his reaction on seeing the massy side of Deepika Padukone, Ranveer Singh decided to express his feelings through a song. While doing so, he also asked Ajay Devgn to pay special attention to the song. Right after, Ranveer sang, "First day first show main theatre na jau, ho nahi sakta." The same is inspired by a song from Ajay Devgn's 1997 film, Diljale. Right after, Ranveer asked for and got cheers from the crowd to attend FDFS of Rohit Shetty's Singham Again.

Ranveer, who watched the trailer of the film for the first time, felt extremely overwhelmed. He went on to state that the film is so massy that it would cause an earthquake in theatres on Diwali. Ranveer then went on claim that while his wife is very classy, but he gets extremely happy seeing her in a massy avatar. He then spoke about Rohit Shetty's contribution in bringing Deepika to the massy film. While thanking the crew, Ranveer also congratulated Ravi Kishan on his film Laapataa Ladies making it to Oscars .

"Nobody in the world can dance like Michael Jackson, fight like Bruce Lee," Ranveer said, thus calling for a roar from the audience. This is also the first time when Ranveer works with Kareena Kapoor Khan and he calls it a very special opportunity too.
