YouTuber Ranveer Allahbadia has returned to Instagram after a break of over a month, following controversy surrounding his inappropriate comment on the show India's Got Latent. On the platform, he shared several photos featuring his team.

Ranveer Allahbadia resumes Instagram activity  

In one of the images, Ranveer is seen relaxing at home on a couch with his laptop. He also took a selfie with his grandmother and posed with his pet dog. Accompanying the photos, he expressed his gratitude, stating, "Thank you to my loved ones (red heart emoji). Thank you, universe (folded hands emoji). A new blessed chapter begins - Rebirth..."

Ranveer addresses the ‘storm’  

On his Beerbiceps Instagram account, he re-shared his earlier post, writing in his stories, "Healing because of you all (heart bandaged emoji). Be with us tomorrow." He further expressed his appreciation, stating, "Grateful to every single teammate. Even in this storm, each one stood by. Real 'treasure'."

Why did Ranveer face ire from people

Recently, Ranveer issued a formal apology to the National Commission for Women (NCW) regarding his inappropriate comments made during a show. Multiple FIRs were filed against him, known widely as BeerBiceps, due to his remarks concerning parents and sexual topics. Although the Supreme Court provided him with temporary protection from arrest, it criticized his statements as "vulgar" and suggested he possessed a "dirty mind" that brought shame to society.

What were his remarks  

The comments, delivered in a humorous context, ignited significant backlash. The episode, which was streamed globally on YouTube, showcased the accused laughing and making unsuitable jokes about women. The controversy stemmed from remarks made by Ranveer during an episode of Samay Raina's YouTube reality series, India's Got Latent.

Ranveer boasts over 600,000 followers on X, 4.5 million on Instagram, and 10.5 million subscribers on his YouTube channel. In an apology video posted on X, he acknowledged that his comment was not only inappropriate but also lacked humor.
