Actor couple Alia Bhatt and Ranbir Kapoor celebrated the arrival of the New Year on Tuesday night in the company of their daughter, Raha Kapoor. The gathering also included family members Soni Razdan, Neetu Kapoor, Riddhima Kapoor Sahni, Bharat Sahni, and Samara Sahni.

Neetu Kapoor took to Instagram to share a collection of photographs from their evening together. In one image, Ranbir Kapoor cradled Raha in his arms, with her hands affectionately wrapped around him, her back facing the camera.

Alia stood beside him, resting her hand on Ranbir's. The couple coordinated their attire in black; Alia donned a dress while Ranbir chose a sweatshirt paired with trousers. Soni was also present, wearing a striking red dress. Neetu Kapoor appeared in a black dress featuring a knee-high slit, while Riddhima opted for a white top and black trousers.

Raha Kapoor was dressed in a red and white ensemble. Bharat selected a black shirt complemented by olive green pants, and Samara was seen in a casual T-shirt and denim. Neetu also shared several selfies taken with her children. In her post, she captioned the images, "Happy 2025" accompanied by two heart emojis and cherry blossom symbols.

Ranbir hugs Alia as they welcome New Year

All attendees celebrated the New Year outdoors, surrounded by fireworks at a private venue. The seating was arranged on an expansive lawn adjacent to a swimming pool, with the sea in close proximity.

Neetu took to her Instagram Stories to share a video featuring Ranbir sprinting towards Alia as they ushered in the new year. Riddhima also shared multiple images on Instagram, captioning them, "The party’s just begun, and 2025 is ready to shine! #NewYearVibes. Happy New Year, Instagram Fam."

Recently, the family was spotted at the Mumbai airport as they departed the city. Raha playfully blew kisses to the paparazzi while Alia and Ranbir shared a laugh. She also waved goodbye to the photographers. Alia and Ranbir were married in April 2022 after several years of courtship, and Raha was born in November 2022.

Alia will be featured in her forthcoming film Alpha, which is directed by Shiv Rawail. This film is anticipated to be a significant contribution to Yash Raj Films' esteemed spy universe and is slated for release on December 25.

Ranbir was most recently seen in Animal, where he starred alongside Triptii Dimri and Rashmika Mandanna. The actor is also involved in the sequel to Animal, titled Animal Park. Additionally, he is set to appear in Sanjay Leela Bhansali's Love And War, sharing the screen with Alia and Vicky Kaushal.
