Actor Chahatt Khanna rose to fame after her role in the popular TV series Bade Achche Lagte Hain, where she portrayed the younger sister of Sakshi Tanwar. In a chat with Hauterrfly, she shared her experiences and the bonds she formed with her co-stars. Chahatt expressed her admiration for Ram Kapoor, revealing that she became a fan of his after he defended her on set.

What Chahatt shared about Ram Kapoor

In the conversation, Chahatt spoke highly of Ram, saying, “Ram Kapoor is really great and has always been there for me. I recall a time when someone was bothering me on the set of Bade Achhe Lagte Hain. Ram stepped in and confronted him. Ever since that moment, I’ve been a fan of his. He’s consistently supportive, especially towards women.”

Sakshi has always felt like a sister to me

When discussing her relationship with Sakshi, Chahatt shared, “Sakshi has always felt like a sister to me, more like an older sister. She’s incredibly sweet and remains the same wonderful person I’ve always known. Whenever I’ve felt that sisterly bond, it’s been with Sakshi. She’s truly one of the kindest people I’ve had the pleasure of working with.”

Chahatt kicked off her acting career in television with the hit show Hero – Bhakti Hi Shakti Hai. She later appeared in popular series like Kumkum – Ek Pyara Sa Bandhan and Kaajjal. Besides her role in Bade Achche Lagte Hain, she also starred in Qubool Hai. Her film credits include Akshay Kumar’s Thank You and Irrfan Khan and Juhi Chawla’s 7½ Phere: More Than a Wedding, among others.
