Actor Rakhi Sawant has announced her intention to marry Pakistani actor and police officer Dodi Khan. In an interview with News18, Rakhi discussed her upcoming third marriage and expressed that the two are in love with one another.

Rakhi expressed, "He is the love of my life. We share a deep affection for one another. He hails from Pakistan, while I am from India, which is why we intend to have a love marriage." Additionally, she condemned her former husband, Adil Khan Durrani, for disseminating misleading information about her. "Adil is envious of my upcoming marriage and seeks to tarnish my reputation with negative publicity. I have no intention of granting any attention to that foolishness."

Rakhi talks about Dodi in new post

Rakhi recently posted on Instagram, expressing her thoughts on the public's curiosity regarding her wedding. She stated, "I would like to convey a message to everyone. Many seem to be quite concerned about my marriage. I have the freedom to marry whenever I choose, be it in India, Pakistan, China, Bhutan, America, London, or Canada. Let us all live our lives as we see fit. What are you doing?"

Rakhi asks why Selena Gomez has been crying

Rakhi subsequently addressed the recent emotional display of singer Selena Gomez. The artist was seen in tears following the announcement by US President Donald Trump regarding the deportation of illegal immigrants. However, Rakhi framed Selena's tears in an entirely different light. She remarked, "Why are you so upset upon hearing about my wedding?"

The actress elaborated, "She appears to be crying as if I have taken her fiancé. Selena, is everything alright? Dodi is not your boyfriend, is he? Selena Gomez, why are you in tears? I have not taken your boyfriend or anyone else. Dodi is a talented and prominent actor from Pakistan. So, Selena Gomez, please do not cry." Accompanying her video, she also shared a photograph of Selena in tears.

About Rakhi's previous weddings

Rakhi was formerly wed to Adil Khan Durrani. The couple separated in 2023 following Rakhi's numerous allegations against him, which included claims of extramarital affairs. Additionally, she accused him of domestic violence, financial mismanagement, and emotional torment. On February 7, 2023, Adil was apprehended at Rakhi's home and subsequently arrested. He was released after serving five months in prison.

Prior to her marriage to Adil, Rakhi was married to Ritesh Singh. They were married in 2019 and finalized their divorce in 2022.
