In a recent interview with Yuvaa, Rakesh Roshan, Hrithik's father and a prominent filmmaker, discussed their separation, emphasizing that although their romantic relationship has concluded, Sussanne remains an integral part of their family.

The filmmaker expressed that he continues to regard Sussanne as a member of his family, stating, "Whatever transpired was a matter between the couple. To me, Sussanne remains Sussanne. They experienced love and a misunderstanding, which is for them to address. As for us, she entered our home as a family and continues to be a part of it." Sussanne and Hrithik have not publicly disclosed the reasons for their divorce.

In response to whether Hrithik shares details about his romantic life with him, Rakesh remarked, “Hrithik and my daughter seem a bit apprehensive around me. Perhaps it is due to my disciplined nature. I am neither quick to anger nor reprimand others, but I maintain a strong sense of discipline… When they were younger, they were not as open with me. However, that has changed, and now we share a friendship at home."

Hrithik and Sussanne entered into matrimony in 2000 after a four-year courtship. They are the parents of two sons, Hrehaan and Hridaan Roshan. Although they parted ways 11 years ago in 2014, they have maintained a cordial friendship. Both Sussanne and Hrithik have progressed in their personal lives; Sussanne is currently in a relationship with Arslan Goni, while Hrithik is dating Saba Azad.

The four individuals frequently socialize together and share moments on social media. They even celebrated the New Year in Dubai during a vacation together. Sussanne posted a photograph on Instagram featuring herself with Arslan, Hrithik, his son Hridaan, and Uday Chopra.
