Ustaad Ram Pothineni is presently engaged in the filming of his forthcoming project, #RAPO22. As part of the next phase of production, he arrived in Rajahmundry, where he received an extraordinary reception from his fans.

The typically lively quarry market area in Rajahmundry transformed into a festive atmosphere as hundreds of admirers gathered to welcome Ram. A notable feature of the event was a large banana garland (Gela Mala), a unique tribute organized by his supporters. This impressive garland, which reflects the traditions of the Godavari region, was elevated with the assistance of a crane and presented to the actor.

Such a remarkable reception has not been witnessed for any other star. Fans expressed immense joy at seeing Ram in Rajahmundry after a span of 15 years, adding to the significance of the occasion. This marks his first visit to Rajahmundry since 2009, when he was there for the film Rama Rama Krishna Krishna. Their affection and admiration for him were clearly evident.

#RAPO22 is helmed by director Mahesh Babu P and produced by Mythri Movie Makers, with Bhagyashri Borse in the female lead role. With a month-long shooting schedule set in Rajahmundry, fans are eagerly anticipating further updates regarding this highly awaited film.

The production is overseen by Naveen Yerneni and Y Ravi Shankar under the Mythri Movie Makers banner.
